Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🌸 Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us within this window to initiate a return at customerservice@bluwildflower.com

🌼 Item Condition

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

🌷 Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

🌻 Refund or Store Credit

Eligible returns will be refunded to your original form of payment once received and inspected. Items that don’t meet return criteria will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your expense.

🌺 Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and considered Final Sale:

  • Swimwear
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page

🚨 Dropshipped Items Notice

If an item is fulfilled via dropshipping and our supplier does not accept returns, we will either:

  1. Clearly mark the item as Final Sale, or
  2. Accept the return ourselves and offer store credit or resell the item.
